Food & You helps girls separate facts from fiction when it comes to food and exercise. They'll learn how to beat the brown-bag blues, make fast food more healthy, and tempt their taste buds with foods that taste just as good as they are good for you. The book also includes 25 fun ways to get moving, plus lots of letters and advice sent in by other girls.

Some excellent, practical information about balanced nutrition, fueling one's body, and not succumbing to the negative body image propagated by the media. I wish I could have read this book as a little girl. Would have liked to see some recipes, maybe.
