Recommends it for: People who like Iron man or comics history
I picked this up from my Local used book store to send to a friend over seas. It wasn't something I would have picked up for myself, but I figured it it was in my house I should read it, and boy howdy am I glad I did! It was a really great read.

A history of Iron Man. not as comprehensive as some of the similar DC volumes,but it does have some candid and insightful comments from the writers and artists who have worked on the title.

At last! Someone who is geekier over Iron Man than I am!

This is a very well-researched and in-depth look at ol' Shell-Head, the greatest superhero ever. Loaded with pictures in all their 4-color glory and packed with information that even hardcore fans of the Golden Avenger (like myself) may not have known or possibly forgotten. Plus, since I haven't read Iron Man since probably the early nineties, it was cool to see where Marvel has taken the character in the intervening years.
