We followed the rotation diet in this book for a few years and it was a great help in helping us to figure out and manage our son's many allergies and sensitivities. The recipes are simple and easy to follow and modify according to your needs. I found however that the recipes are not very gourmet type, nothing I would serve to company but it really helped us survive for a few years when my son's diet was so limited. I did not use the rotation that was suggested, but I found the recipes easy to follow because of the way the book was laid out. If you need to make egg, milk, and wheat free pancakes, in the same few pages there are directions for spelt, amaranth, buchwheat, teff, etc. ... with only slight modifications for each recipes.
