I am a 'Cooking Light' addict - my recipe books include 3 years worth of CL magazines, and I cook from the huge CL compilation all the time. Wanted a new perspective on light cooking and I really liked this recipe book. I like that the ingredients are mostly staples I already have and cook with, the meals are quick to prepare, and my family loved them. This is a good book for people who are looking to eat healthy and are pressed for preparation time.
