This is a different book for Robert Jenson. For anyone who has read several other books of his, there will be some obvious themes of resonance in this one, though on the whole its reasoning and method is strikingly different. The topic is theological language, specifically how do words refer to God and what are the appropriate rules of usage for speaking appropriately to the language game(s) of the Christian faith.
