Very cute, but not exactly what I want from my comics. The stories weren't up to much, but the artwork was quite nice. And finally as usual Cyclops is a douche

Clean art, but bleh stories, make for something less than a satisfying read. Why is one Power kid such a dick to his younger sister? I mean, just a total jerk for no other reason than to generate "conflict" which is quickly forgotten until the next issue/chapter. I know this series is for "all-ages," but I would think most kids would find it unappealing and predictable. Compare this to the Marvel Adventures "all-ages" Avengers collections written by Jeff Parker and you'll quickly see how a good ...more

Power Pack: The Kids are Alright is one of the books I’ve treated myself to with my Christmas money, and I’m pretty happy with the purchase. This particular hardcover collects the first three miniseries, and is the size of your average omnibus. It’s officially out of print now, but mint editions are selling at only $8 over on Amazon which is a damned good deal for a book of this quality and size.
