“The book gives an insight into the operation of payroll system, from input to final payment. Emolument constitutes at least between 30 – 65% of expenditure of any serious organisation. This amount cannot therefore be toyed with by leaving it in the hands of untested, fraudulent and incompetent personnel. Any organisation that wishes to retain or sustain her edge must pay serious attention to her payroll system.
