If you're not aware, or even if you are aware of the concept of proactivity vs. reactivity, this book will add more depth into this fundamental and life-changing idea. Honestly, I was expecting to hear more about devekut or contemplative practice, of which there was none mentioned. The later part of the book started to be filler, but all in all, the proactivity idea was worth the read alone.
