Bought this years ago and forgot how much I liked it. Just introduced it to the Brownie and she loved it. The story scats along at a good, rhythmic pace with evocative descriptions that are old school without being obscure for kids.

These are some swinging cats! Beautiful illustrations.
A great story for younger has a nice rhythm to it.
My 3 year old loved this book. The main characters are cats and the words are very jazzy and rhythmic. It was a favorite.
