An excellant book that really described the early stages of the foster care system.
It was touching, but not overly emotional. You can imagin the heartbreak through the simplicity of the story.
An easy, enjoyable read I would highly reccomend.
I especially enjoyed the last chapter giving us a glimpse of the aftermath.

I noticed some inconsistencies in the writing style of this book, but the subject matter and perspective were very valuable to me.
