This is a compilation of simple check lists and basic 'best practices' for ensuring that beneficiaries of disaster relief efforts have a say in the design, implementation, and evaluation of projects intended to help them. The handbook covers many bases but falls short in the 'how-to' details. It's basically a broad reminder of what tools are available and some tips on applying them so that you center beneficiary input and reach more marginalized populations.
