A universal truth appears in this enchanting story written by Stephen Cosgrove and illustrated by Robin James. Excellent use of verbs and adverbs heightens the action as a young eel disobeys his mother and experiences potential danger in the land of High Above.

I think I read this one because I remember the cover and I know I read some of the others by this author. But, I can't find a plot summary to know for sure.
