A great book overall with some very practical tips on how to make money in real estate. The book was about 180 pages, so it was short, and the book was not too dry, so it was easy to get through.
I'd give it a solid 4 stars and would re-read it again, if I had to. I will start to go through other Robert Shemin books to see what he has to say about other areas of real estate.
