I'm really not a fan of this one and I think it has something to do with the nose of the main character. As petty as it sounds, his nose is obnoxiously pointy. It didn't help that I found the story a little inane and the overall quality of the illustrations not terribly exciting. It just seemed like a bad cartoon with a poorly-moving, predictable plot and a lot of confusing running around at night.
Cute little story that kept my 7 yr old daughter engaged. She's struggling with reading but she enjoyed the pictures enough to keep plugging through it with me and trying to find words she recognized. The story was entertaining enough I had a lot of fun with it reading it out loud to her. Although it was short, we actually had fun with it for about an hour.
