This seems to be little more than a vanity project for Barbara Fisher. The vast majority of the book's chapters are (poorly) written by her, and there is exceedingly little by way of "practical coping mechanisms" despite the book's ostensible goal. The book's contents largely comprise diagnostic and definitional issues, misconceptions, and tangentially related subjects like sleep disorders, cardiovascular disease, and even a gem of a chapter on bedwetting.
