Cute, but only because it was about a dachshund. ****possible spoiler***** I found myself quickly becoming annoyed at the author and her husband for the countless times they "lost" or were at least temporarily unable to find Maxi. Granted, doxies are ornery but poor Maxi seemed to have a lot of close calls because of their negligence. Why leave the door open on her carrier if you KNOW she will get out?!?
