Recommends it for: pre-teen Christian crowd
To be fair, Lisa was my officemate in grad school and I lovelovelove her. The book is a great relatively innocuous pre-teen read and though it has a heavy Christianity theme throughout, it's appropriate for all faiths.

This is a fabulous first book by this author and I absolutely loved it. I hope that she will come out with another one soon. It's a great book about how a young boy comes into his own spiritually.
