Before I got this book, I specifically looked for reviews to tell me whether or not it had explicit sexual content (since I buy for the teen section of a library). I couldn't find any reviews that would tell me upfront, and I wanted to include some yaoi-type manga in the collection and hoped that the young-characters-in-school setup would mean it was low on the sex-o-meter. And indeed, the two main characters, the ones in school, have a relationship that is cute and tame. I like that it doesn't...more

I really enjoy Yuko Kuwabara's stories because they are lighthearted with a good and resolvable dose of angst and, unlike other yaoi stories, they don't jump right into the sex. Instead the book actually supports waiting for physical intimacy until both partners are emotionally ready. There are three couples portrayed in the manga and all three are at different stages: one couple is simply considering the possibilities of one day being together, one couple is giving their relationship a shot and...more

This was an uplifting read, as dramatic as the manga can get. The light humor is very suiting and the art is very pleasant. As far as relationships go; I find the main couple is well paired but need more development romantically. They are cute to watch but they needed more ground to work on. In the end, I found myself supporting a side couple stronger then the main one. Another side pairing (the main character’s brother) I had no interest in at all. However, if you are a yaoi fan, this is one bo...more

didn't like the main story at all - tremulous vanilla schoolboys are not my thing - but the side stories were much better, although since the characters are introduced in the main story they don't work without it. i liked her debut manga much more.

This was cute. I liked the overall story and that they didn't get graphic with the underage boys, which I'd been slightly worried about. It's still graphic in parts, but not with the students. ;)

I really enjoyed this story! It was so cute and such a sweet love story! But the big brother was a little scary and I felt sorry for his sensei.
