Finally! This has sat on my night stand for four months. It was my backup book, for when I'd read my main book enough for the day, but then I would fall asleep before I could read a page or two (having a kid will do that!). So I finally made this my main book.
Good, funny, practical advice from a childcare expert. A good way to remind parents to get their heads out of their asses! I highlighted the most helpful bits for the spouse.

Funny, insightful, although at times the mocking/arrogant tone made me want to stop reading. I kept reading, however, because I thought his observations and advice spot on.

I really enjoyed this. Good look at parenting/parents from the outside. I have a 2 year old and it was good to hear some real advice on dealing with tantrums.

I don't have kids but I bought and read this book anyway. It's hilarious and smart according to my friends who have read this book, the advice is good too.
