I liked this book ok. It was interesting seeing the US and Canada guidelines next to each other. I never considered that other countries would be giving people different advice on food intakes.

I only got around to making one of the recipes in the book, banana muffins. They were good. I didn't have enough bananas so I made up the difference with applesauce so that may have had some skewing affect.

Great info - some really good recipes. I agree with the author that disguising fruits and vegetables in a child's diet, although better than nothing, is not the answer--variety and constant exposure is.
