Heads raconte l'histoire de Jun-Ichi qui après avoir pris une balle dans la tête pour avoir tenté d'aider une enfant dans un hold up, se fait transplanter une partie du cerveau de quelqu'un d'autre. Est-il vraiment lui même ? N'y a-t-il pas quelqu'un d'autre en lui ?
