It certainly wasn't a bad book. The stories were well-written and fit well under the "Buddha" umbrella suggested by the title. My "okay" rating is based on just not being my kind of stories. The "Teacup" part of the title was rarely invoked, despite blurbs from noted tea experts. I also tend to prefer my stories to either make the moral obvious or not have one. Read it cover to cover, seemingly enraptured, standing in a Barnes and Noble all while my tea stayed hot. It's a quick read, but one I enjoy frequenting. It never ceases to make me pause, reflect, and learn something new. It's one of my "go to" book for inspiration, perspective, and inner reflection.
