I´m fascinated. I liked this one as well. Love Bites are the second book in the series and it is a little darker in the story and a whole lot sexier. But still rather light hearted and "safe".

I'm enjoying this series and this was a very sexy book, but it's got a few problems that made it a less than stellar read for me. First, there are distracting typos in a couple of the love scenes. It's not just one or two, either. It's almost like someone was transcribing and got distracted by the sexiness. Second, I couldn't figure out why these two people fell for each other so hard and so fast. I could understand why they were lusting after each other, but not why they were suddenly in love....more
Don't mind the cover, just read the book! Imagine the hero as you see fit and not how the book cover, instead of enticing the reader, scared the beejezus out of 'em. It surely did to me!

This one was slightly better than the previous book. The female lead wasn't a total moron. She was flighty, and I expected better of a supposed cop. Still, a quick read that didn't keep me from watching tv at the same time.
I had a little problem with the bed-hopping, but otherwise, a fun read. No campy dialogue like the first book, though.
