Don't be misled by the cover and title of this book. It was a hand me down book to me and I put off reading it because of those things. It was a very good historical taking place in Oregon. Of course there was the love thing but to me a good book encompasses love, comedy and mystery. Those are parts of life. :) Take a chance on a book that you might not have read because the cover just wasn't you. :)
