This volume contains what must be about the worst of de Camp's books "The virgin of Zesh" with one of his best "The Tower of Zanid" - to be fair, 2.5 stars on average, but as the latter title is available by itself, I'd recommend avoiding this combination - hence the 1 star rating.

It feels like a book about showing off the world building. The plots are thin and odd
