This was tough to rate. I can tell maybe 10 years ago it would be a solid 4 for a textbook; but it's outdated now. Plus it does droll on a little... But I used it for a lecture and for the topic, it was a great resource!
Reads like a typical textbook, but has some interesting bits that can be easily gleaned for essays and research purposes.
