This is one of those books that you don't generally read the whole thing of. Certainly, I haven't. It's a collection of essays, and I read the first few, and will hopefully go back and read some of the others later.

Although it's written by philosophers and jurists, and thus is not for the faint of heart, the essays I read were generally quite accessible, all things considered. If you're interested in contemporary theory of property rights at all, this book is probably well worth your time. The
