Mary Moran writes about what she believes is the continuum for coaches to follow. While the title indicates Literacy Coaches I think other coaches could find some pieces interesting to read. I like her points about Resource Management. She gave me a better understanding of how Focused Classroom visits should be viewed. Her chapter on Study Groups was a bit over the top for me at this time. Her last three chapters were on Demonstration Lessons, Peer Coaching and Coteaching. I think I would have c...more
