One of my favorite vampire stories I've read this year. It's a very good YA genres story, it has it's very sweet moments of silly young teenage girl falls in love with a vampire story. Lizzy is a hopeless romantic girl who all popular at school with the cutest boy in school, until Mortimer the vampire shows up, starts having the lse very vivid almost real dreams of things that happen in the past. This isn't your normal regular vampire story, it has a dragon, a fairy, and wizards with princesses. ...more

I was given a copy by the author to read and write an honest review. Cameron has written a great book for teens and young adults as well as Adults. Lizzy is one of the popular girls, as well as the prettiest, she feels at her high school in Oregon. Her boyfriend is Chad, a jock. Mortimer shows up at their school, he is from England and keeps to him self. Lizzy is fascinated with him. She begins having dreams about him starting when he became a vampire and as they continue she sees his life ...more

I was given a copy by the author for an honest review. I love vampire stories. This one is about a popular high school student Lizzy. A new student named Mortimer moves to her town. He was dark, quiet, and pale young man. He didn't make friends and didn't go out of his way to make them. Lizzy starts watching Mortimer and wondering who he was. A new girl named Arielle arrives at the school and it seems Mortimer and her are friends.

She begins to dream of Mortimer and she can see how he becomes a

Rather decent book that is about a ditzy girl who is checking out all these weird English transfer students while trying to get the eye of one that freezes her world. She finds out that when you change your priorities it can be for the best but also for the worst while there is always just another story underneath.

The story's protagonist follows a slightly more realistic tone than Bella from "Twilight" while there is plenty of pop culture add-ons thrown in for those who are slightly older. Oth

I received this book from the author to write an honest review. I got this book after work today. I sat down, started reading, only intending to read the first few chapters. Put my bookmark in about chapter 5, time for dinner. Except I didn't get around to dinner until around chapter 10. Then I completed this book about three hours after opening up the package - I loved this book. I found it utterly charming and creative, especially since I truthfully had NO idea what the book was about after ...more

The whole concept of the story's summary sounded like it was going to be an interesting story but instead I found that it was more a parody of "Twilight" in many instances with a few selective changes. And when it wasn't following "Twilight" it was making many references to it or to the "itty bitty bubble vampire" trend.

There were instances that I did enjoy the book but for the most part it was long and dragged while Cameron has hit the head of Liz being a ditz, which made her very annoying th

Forflick, Oregon is your typical small town in America. Nothing much to do as a teenager but hang out at the Carl's Jr/Green Burrito or the Dairy Queen. The cutest, most popular girl , which just happens to be Lizzy, dates the football star, Chad. Everyone talks of nothing more than getting out of the town and finding something more exciting! Excitement finds them, or at least Lizzy, the day a foreign exchange student Mortimer arrives. Lizzy decides to flirt with h

This was a really fun book and the perfect way of enjoying a lazy Sunday evening...

I curled up with a glass of wine and got cozy with Mortimer, Lizzy, Arielle and the rest of the gang. Left this world behind me and went back in time to revisit high-school. And let me tell you it was much more interesting this time around. It was definitely my kind of place. I mean seriously with a vampire, dragon and fairy to spice things up the jocks cheerleaders and other assorted cliques were no longer the ma

It took me a little bit into the book to get past the writing style (the author did a believable job of writing like a teenage girl). The story combines creatures you don't typically read about together (a dragon and a vampire)in a way that actually makes a lot of sense when it is all explained to you. Throughout the book, I questioned if this was going to be a twilight knock-off, but towards the end especially with the surprise ending) I realized that the book was not as predictable as I first ...more

This was probably my favorite book by this author. It was funny at parts, well written, the story line was great. Plus it has a vampire. How can you go wrong with a vampire? It's got love and paranormal stuff and yeah. I don't want to give anything away xD. I would recommend then to people. I really enjoyed it. 4 out of 5 stars. Really good read.

I received a kindle edition of this book from the author for a honest review. I enjoyed reading this book and thought it would be your typical vampire romance...girl meets boy(vampire)...they fall in love and fly off to live happily ever after....but this book has fairies, warlocks, dragons, and princesses along with typical high school drama. The ending SHOCKED me...did not see that coming.

** I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review **

It was a bit difficult to get into, because of the narrative style. However the twist at the end made me glad I did!

Great book. This book proves the point, don't judge a book by its cover. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.

Thank you for letting me read this amazing story. Took me a couple of pages to really get into it but it was so worth it to keep reading, I would never have guess the ending and it was a nice change from the books I have been reading lately. I cant wait to read your other books.
