This book is a very good "behavioral" book. It teaches a good lesson on lying. The little boy is made to rewrite the story, "the boy who cried wolf". He then in return ties that story into his about how he lied and made up a huge story that in return backfired. This also gives kids a chance to realize how serious any lie can be.
This book is really cute. I remember getting in trouble plenty of times because I didn't really go where I told my mom I was going. Little Bill get's to experience how one little fib can turn into a big lie! This book is great for discussing with students of why telling the truth is best!
I love Bill Cosby. Enough said.
