Dave Dravecky was a left handed starting pitcher for the San Diego Padres and the San Francisco Giants during the mid to late 80's. I believe that I can still remember his last game while pitching. Dave Dravecky was a very good major league pitcher until he lost his arm to cancer. This book is an inspirational book on how Dravecky became a Christian and how we should live our lives. It used baseball metaphors to tell the story. It reads more like a devotional book and does have some good stories.
