This would be such a great book if it weren't so hopelessly out of date. It really needs to be updated. I live in Tennessee, and the fact that it covers so many states (AL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN, VA) is wonderful. But it was written pre-Katrina, pre-Nashville flooding, etc. It would be an invaluable resource for parents if the authors would just put out an updated version. I love that it has stars for each age group.
