I found this to be a helpful overview of some areas of struggle for teenage girls. And I appreciated that it was written for people in youth ministry, in contrast to the last book I read about understanding teenage girls, which was aimed at parents and made me feel all but useless. Some parts of this book seemed like common sense to me, as someone who was a teenage girl not very long ago, but others were eye-opening.
