Read in June, 2008
Notes from reading this today:
--A little too much simile? (In the beginning. Later, it feels more natural.)
--"A Heavy Snowplow Is Clearing The Road" = wow.
And that is all of the notes that I wrote. For this collection, I view that as a good thing. I was, for the most part, really pulled in to the metaphor and stillness of the collection. I look forward to reading more by this poet.
