Ok this one was a little better until it mentioned how the young man had a crush on Mia. My kinders found that yucky!!!!! Cute story
My daughter picked this book out of the lineup of Valentine's Day books on display at the library, and we both loved the pictures and the story. Little Bill likes Mia in his class at school, but doesn't want anyone to know. He gets teased a little for looking at her in school and decides not to give her the valentine he made, but a few of his teasing friends help him change his mind. I like what he decides at the end, and we'll be looking for more in the series.
A fun story about a little boy with a big crush. A little long and involved for my storytime audience of toddlers.
cute book. interesting pictures. clean bold lines. written like a "chapter book" so it's an easy reader.
