By itself a pretty average book. Sometimes an author gets lucky enough to have great material and thats why i gave it 4 stars otherwise it'd be 2 stars. Consider it a synopsis of process work and don't read it for enjoyment but for the pleasure of understanding a complex subject in simple terms.
