There is a rare fury to his writing in this book that was much more in control and reasoned in Dishonored. This is a nasty, no holds barred expose but full of notes and supporting references. It is a further exploration of the nature of corruption in general, using sport as the centerpiece. It is a lengthy but organized read, at the end of each chapter i nearly feel i have had enough, but am quickly gripped in the next chapter by another aspect to the corruption.
