A few of my students sometimes speak Arabic, so I thought I'd use this for an occasional basic greeting (and to scare the heck out of them when they'd get in peer editing groups and start speaking in another language while hoping I wouldn't notice they weren't working). The pronounciation is very, very hard to get from a book, though.
