I don't care what they say about David Irving, but this is an excellent book, well written and thoroughly researched.

After seeing this book in a number of bibliographies I decided to check it out. I thumbed through it and picked up a bad vibe. After further research it turns out the author is a Holocaust denier. One star for ignorance.
