Not as well documented as I would have liked or as thoroughly reasoned out as I prefer, making it so I question some of the recommendations, but the scientific explanations behind the plan were still helpful to me. I've found many of the elements of the plan recommended in different places and have long been following some of them. It was useful to see most of it pulled together here with an explanation behind why they should be part of a complete gut flush plan.
After having family members that have had some pretty severe problems invovling the colon etc. I could see the value in this book. It's a lot of stuff to deal with though at once. I tend to like books that ease me into the changes I need to make. It definitely made me want to check out some probiotics more. Oh and it answered the old question of why we have floaters and sinkers. Hasn't everyone wanted to know that? :)
This book had some great suggestions that I need to start doing.
