Very effective characterization of the female main character. It was pretty impressive to read the story and understand the characters.

Frustrating main character, and her turnaround is way too fast after she spent the whole book pissing me off with her stupidity.

This was such a cute story. It is the 4th book in the Wilder Family mini series, and the main characters were not part of the family like in the previous books, but Simone works as a nurse at the same hospital and Mike is an EMT. I thought I would be annoyed by the fact they were not part of the family, but I fell for the couple just as hard in the last 3 books. :)

I also loved the addition of the 2 dogs in the story.. I love animals and it was fun to read about them learning to get along with ea
