I was amused by the hyperbole of the title, and wasn't surprised to find it was a title Lubin bestowed on himself. An exhaustively researched book on a colorful character, with a wealth of information on Lubin's films as well. The author is often droll and does not gloss over the fact that many of Lubin's films are terrible.
