This book is overdue at the library, so I'm officially done. I knew everything in it anyway. I learned it during a time in my life called "Landlord Hell". It's when I learned how to be a landlord for our four properties with no clue and my husband deployed. Basements kept flooding, tenants had to be evicted, contracts were broken, and year warranties ran out with no repairs because American Housing is an evil, evil homebuilding company.
