Okay book. I met Dr. Ro at the D.C. Health and Nutrition Expo and purchased her book, not knowing that it's geared towards the "sistas." It's cool because it opened my eyes up to some cultural connections with nutrition among the black women population. No chittlins, pork rinds, or crazy southern food for me.
Nice book.Good alternative recipes to good ol' southern home cooking.
