I am going to buy this book because I feel that having more fiber in our diets is going to save us from a lot of physical ailments. Also, I thought the recipes looked delicious.
Good, common sense advise about getting more fiber in your diet. Also, the recipes look great, although I haven't tried any yet.
If you have to own the book, then this one is as good as any. I find it much less expensive to simply get the recipes online, where they exist, and are free.
Not as many good recipes as I had hope.
