A good, simple adventure with only a little bit of philosophy added for flavor. Given some of the last few novels I've read, that's a relief. However, a LOT of people die in this last novel. I won't spoil anything, but it gets pretty dangerous just walking down the street.
That being said, it's certainly an odd ending. I must admit that I purchased this trilogy because of one word. That word was "wereshark" and there are quite a few in this book. It's an interesting conceit, and I did enjoy the...more

Sea of Death is the final book in the Blade of the Flame trilogy. The first book is Thieves of Blood and the second book is Forge of the Mindslayers. I have to say that Ghaji and Diran are one of my favorite teams of characters now. I enjoyed this series a great deal, and was sad to see it come to an end.
