Another book I had to read for my literature lesson.

The idea is interesting and refreshing.
However, the plot is just boring and strange in some places.

Another problem I had with that book is that I don't like sad love stories.. and the love story in that book is definetely one of the most depressing and sad I ever read about.

very interesting to read the story of this christian arab woman in haifa and her relationships with other israelis, making sense of the war in lebanon (early 1980s), changing times, etc.
