This biography isn't very well written, but the person written about was an unusual and very committed Christian. Reading about his life was very inspiring. Made me want to spend more time in prayer. It was particularly refreshing to get the message presented by a non-westerner. If you can get hold of Phylis Thompson's biography about the same person, you might find it more readable than this one by Appasamy.
