Shelves: therapy
I read this book when I was working as a therapist to help a client whose husband was struggling with pornography addiction. It had good ideas for how to help and support the struggling spouse. It had specific applications, which I think can be helpful when you are in this situation and may be feeling paralyzed as to how to proceed and handle things. Written by a licensed therapist who is experienced in treating addiction.
