Some of our old AMA friends knew Betsy Hamilton when she lived in Saratoga, and this is her story. Some of us, certainly me, had no idea of Betsy's struggles. I learned about this book from Betsy's good friend, Allison Smith, on our visit to Savannah. I was shaken to learn that Betsy had passed away - but that she had finally found happiness in Savannah - The book is very candid - perhaps overly so, but I think it was very theraputic for Betsy - errr that would be "ELIZABETH" - to write.
